I have a great partner and we have each other’s back which makes my job easier. WARRIOR has great pay, great home time, and they have secured us through Covid. I can see myself retiring here.

I originally started my CDL career to make enough to support my three younger brothers and myself after my mother was unable to. I was basically a young parent of 3 young men with their whole lives ahead of them. I wanted them to be able to go to school and get an education without worrying about bills and basic necessities. Warrior has been the only company that I have privilege to work for that is able to accommodate me and my brothers schedule. To be able to earn enough to provide for my brothers and not be treated as a nuisance when asking for basic time off is a big deal for me. Warrior has gone above and beyond to make sure me and my brothers are taken care of. With the newest equipment and excellent management, warrior has been the most driver friendly place I have ever had the pleasure to work for. With amazing mentors here at warrior i have been able to move from driver to trainer and now lead driver. There are so many opportunities here at Warrior. I am excited to see what my long career at Warrior will lead me to.

Steve and I worked with a couple that went to Warrior and told us we had to join them. Once we decided to go, we realized it was the best decision we could have made! The Warrior team makes you feel like you are family and not a person who just works for them.
